1. Who controls your data
Delos Operations Ltd trading as Hunchbrain is the controller for personal information used to operate the Hunchbrain website and service, except where we act as a processor for customer-controlled information.
2. Information we collect
We may process account details, workspace information, workspace knowledge-base content, billing identifiers, referral codes and referral status, Stripe Connect payout-account identifiers and payout readiness/status, limited payment-method risk signals supplied by our payment processor for referral-abuse checks, scenario inputs, public profile or company links that you submit for research, product feedback, roleplay transcripts, scores, coaching outputs, technical logs, usage records, consent-based first-party website analytics such as page views, referrer/campaign data, coarse location and device/browser category, and support communications. Voice is processed in real time to provide the roleplay experience. For video roleplays, Hunchbrain may also process aggregate on-device visual-presence signals such as camera continuity, framing and visual stability to provide coaching. This visual-presence coaching does not upload raw camera frames to Hunchbrain for analysis. We minimise retention of raw audio where practical.
3. Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide roleplays and coaching, research public professional context when you ask us to analyse a person or company link, measure website and product usage, understand acquisition and conversion, administer subscriptions and referral rewards, receive product feedback, support customers, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI and service providers
We use specialist infrastructure and AI providers to deliver realtime voice, generated scenarios, public-web research requested by users, coaching, hosting, authentication and payments. Stripe Connect collects payout-recipient identity and bank details directly when a member sets up referral payouts; Hunchbrain does not store the raw bank account details. Information is shared only as reasonably required to provide those functions. Hunchbrain does not use customer roleplay recordings or transcripts to train public foundation models on its own behalf.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent where consent is required. Business customers are responsible for having an appropriate basis for any personal information they enter about third parties.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, billing, referral administration, legal obligations and customer history. Product controls may allow roleplay history to be deleted; deletion requests can also be sent to us.
7. Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to request portability in applicable circumstances. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
8. International processing
Some suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
