1. About Hunchbrain
Hunchbrain provides AI-powered recruitment roleplay, coaching, scoring and team-development software for business users aged 18 or over. The service is operated by Delos Operations Ltd trading as Hunchbrain.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity within your workspace. You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the platform, impersonate real people without a lawful basis, or use Hunchbrain for unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or deceptive purposes.
3. AI roleplays
AI-generated personas, responses, scores and coaching are training aids. They can be imperfect and should not be treated as professional, legal, employment or hiring advice. Customers remain responsible for real recruitment decisions and communications.
4. Trial and subscriptions
A new self-serve workspace may receive a 7-day free trial with a maximum of 20 voice minutes and 5 video minutes. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No subscription charge is taken during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected paid plan begins automatically after 7 days and the saved payment method is charged. Paid plans renew monthly or annually, according to the billing option selected, until cancelled. Monthly plans include the stated monthly voice allowance and any stated metered overage rate. Annual plans include a prepaid annual voice allowance; additional annual usage may require a separate purchase or arrangement with Hunchbrain. After the trial, video roleplays are a separate add-on unless Hunchbrain explicitly enables access for your workspace. Team plans are subject to the displayed minimum seat count.
5. Cancellation and payment
Self-serve customers may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Stripe processes card payments. Enterprise arrangements may be governed by separate written terms.
6. Recruiter referrals
Eligible Hunchbrain members may receive a personal referral link. For referrals attributed under the current programme, a genuinely new Starter, Base or Pro customer can qualify for a £20 cash reward, while a genuinely new Team customer purchasing at least five paid seats can qualify for a £100 cash reward. A current-programme referral qualifies only after the referred customer has completed two successful monthly subscription payments while remaining subscribed and in good standing. One reward is available per genuinely new customer or company. Renewals, later seat increases and additional accounts for the same customer do not create further rewards. Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, artificial referrals, refunded or disputed payments and other fraudulent or abusive activity do not qualify. Hunchbrain may use account, organisation, subscription and payment-method signals to verify eligibility and may place uncertain cases under manual review. Qualified rewards can be paid through the existing secure payout process after the referrer completes payout onboarding; where automatic payout is unavailable, the reward may remain qualified pending admin review rather than being marked as paid. Hunchbrain does not store raw bank account details. Historical referrals remain governed by the reward amount and qualification terms that applied when they were attributed or earned, so previously earned rewards and outstanding legacy obligations are preserved.
7. Free-trial research reward
Hunchbrain may offer a £15 research reward to eligible first-time trial users who sign up through an authorised Hunchbrain outreach incentive link, complete at least five minutes of live AI roleplay, submit the requested product-feedback form and complete Stripe payout onboarding while their first free trial is active. The offer is limited to one reward per genuine person and may also be restricted by workspace, Stripe customer, payment-method fingerprint and payout account. Duplicate or alias accounts, reused payment methods or payout accounts, automated activity and other attempts to claim the incentive more than once do not qualify. Hunchbrain may withhold or place a reward under review where automatic uniqueness checks are inconclusive. Qualified rewards are sent through Stripe Connect.
8. Customer content
You retain responsibility for information you enter into Hunchbrain, including shared workspace knowledge-base content. Do not upload confidential, personal or third-party information unless you have the right and lawful basis to use it for the intended training purpose.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunchbrain is provided for business training and development and is not a substitute for human judgement.
